We always seek the advice of "on the ground" aid organisations and channel our resources where they'll do the most good. When an emergency breaks we’ll post details of the appeals our partners are running and provide information on how you can support them.
In the past we’ve worked with a variety of partners including Oxfam, Save the Children and the Red Cross responding to a variety of emergencies around the world.
Our partners address a variety of emergencies, both natural and man made. Some, such as floods, droughts or earthquakes, happen suddenly, robbing people of their homes, their community, their security -- everything they have. Other crises, such as famine and war, build up over time and can last for many years, with a state of crisis becoming the norm for the victims.
