Virgin Balloon Flights celebrate Mandela Day

Lindsay Main

16 Jul 2010 Lindsay Main

To mark both Richard’s and Nelson Mandela’s birthdays on the 18th July, the Virgin Balloon Flights team have been swapping their personal time for community time and dedicating 67 minutes to helping serve their local community. From baking to gardening and from babysitting to recycling, the team has found a whole host of ways to mark the event and give something back to their local communities. By contributing just 67 minutes of their time, they’ve made a real difference and provided a great example business as a force for good.

Take a look at what they've been up to...

We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone that took part in Mandela Day and helped us to mark the 67 years Mandela has spent serving his community, his country, and the world at large.
