Elena Tereshonok

I look after the grant process, help manage a portfolio of project investments, and also work on developing new ways to measure the social impact Virgin Unite creates around the world. I joined Virgin Unite in May 2010 with an MBA from the Said Business School at Oxford, where I became inspired by its powerful emphasis on social entrepreneurship. In my previous life I was a consultant with a Big Four firm based out of Uganda, Kenya and Mauritius. You would have guessed that I love spreadsheets.

Adamantly nomadic, I hope to never stop exploring and getting to know people and places off the beaten track. Preferably by the sea (and – hopefully soon enough! – in outer space). For a person who has this much to do in life I don’t do mornings and most likely to be seen clutching a venti latte.

Virtually limitless opportunities and potential this organisation has to drive change in the world – fuelled by its entrepreneurial energy, inspiring people and the amazing Virgin network behind it.
