Virgin America have partnered with Virgin Unite, the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group, to launch the Young Entrepreneurs Program. Virgin Unite’s Young Entrepreneurs Program works with non-profit organizations to help young people from difficult backgrounds start and grow businesses as a pathway out of poverty. Virgin teammates are helping out with mentoring, coaching and job shadowing to give these budding entrepreneurs a leg up.
