This prize draw is organised by The Virgin Foundation (operating as "Virgin Unite") (the "organiser") whose registered office is at Hanover House, 14 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HP, UK. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
All entrants must be registered members of Virgin Unite.
To enter all entrants must have completed all fields on the 'Tell us a bit about you' survey page which can be found at http://www.virginunite.com. All entries must be received by 3pm (UK time) on the 31st May 2010. No entries received after this date will be considered. Virgin Unite accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost.
The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. The draw will take place on the 3rd June 2010. The prizewinners will be announced no later than the 11th June 2010.
The competition winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants. The name of the winners will be available at http://www.virginunite.com for a period of 3 months after the closing date. After this time you can email support@virginunite.co.uk to request a list of the prize winners.
Two prize winners will be drawn. Each prize consists of one Flip Video camera.
The prize winners will be notified by email shortly after the draw date. Failure to claim a prize within 48 hours may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner. Only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
To claim the prize, winners must respond to Virgin Unite within 48 hours of being notified, providing a mailing address. Prizes will be sent to winners via first class post as soon as they have provided a mailing address.
The organiser reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
The organiser's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize draw is governed by English Law.
The organiser will process the personal data of all entrants in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not disclose the personal data to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. Winner accept that the organiser may disclose their names to the public.
The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and the organiser reserves the right to use the names and location of winner and their photographs in any publicity.
